A few clear terms for using your ADHelpMe workspace.

About the service
ADHelpMe is operated by LoadIn Ready. It provides an online workspace for projects, to-dos, notes, quick capture, and focus. It is an organization tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your account and your work
Use an email address you control, verify your account, and keep your sign-in details secure. You retain ownership of the content you add. You allow us to store and process that content to provide and protect the service. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use, attempt to access another person’s account, or disrupt the service.
The monthly subscription
The standard subscription is US$0.99 per month. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. A subscription starts only when you choose to purchase it through Paddle and renews monthly until canceled. Creating an ADHelpMe account alone does not authorize a charge.
Paddle is the merchant of record for subscription purchases and manages payment processing, receipts, and applicable transaction taxes. The purchase terms displayed by Paddle at checkout also apply. ADHelpMe does not receive or store your full card number.
Canceling and access
You can manage payment details and cancel renewal from Billing in your account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the date shown in your billing portal controls. When subscription access ends, your saved projects and notes remain readable. Creating or changing workspace items requires an active subscription, apart from the owner account.
Canceling a subscription does not delete your ADHelpMe account. See the cancellation and refund policy for help with a charge.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, network failures, and other interruptions can occur. Keep a separate copy of work you cannot afford to lose. Features and these terms may change; material subscription price changes will be communicated before they affect a renewal.
We may restrict accounts used for abuse or unlawful activity. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
