Who is responsible

LoadIn Ready operates ADHelpMe and is responsible for the personal information used to provide the app. Contact support for privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

We store your name, email address, a password hash, verification and session records, and the projects, tasks, notes, small steps, and focus selections you save. If you subscribe, we also store the Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, and billing dates needed to manage your access.

Your notes and tasks are visible only through your authenticated account in the app. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid storing information that you do not want an online service to process.

How information is used

We use this information to run your workspace, verify accounts, send requested password-reset emails, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and protect the service against abuse. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and device information for reliability, security, and fraud prevention.

ADHelpMe does not use your workspace content for advertising or sell it. The app does not include advertising trackers or an AI service that processes your notes.

Service providers

  • Vercel hosts the website and application service.
  • Neon stores account and workspace data in PostgreSQL.
  • Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails.
  • Google Workspace receives and stores support emails.
  • Paddle processes subscription purchases as merchant of record. Payment and billing information entered in Paddle checkout is governed by Paddle’s privacy notice.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We share information needed for their role in providing the service.

Cookies and local drafts

ADHelpMe uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. The browser also stores unfinished note drafts so that interrupted work can be recovered. Drafts can remain in that browser after sign-out; use a trusted device and clear site data on shared devices. Paddle checkout may use its own payment and fraud-prevention storage.

Retention and your choices

Workspace content is kept while your account remains open, including if a subscription ends. You can remove individual workspace items while you have editing access. To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account information, Contact support. We may need to verify that you own the account.

Some payment records must be retained by Paddle for legal and accounting purposes. Information may also remain in operational backups until those backups expire. Rights and retention requirements depend on applicable law.
